High Altitude Research Balloon over my house this a.m.

Dateline: Las Vegas, New Mexico

I spotted a high altitude research balloon over my house this morning. I took a short video of the balloon, and this photo is a still from my efforts. A look through decent binoculars showed me it was translucent and contained coiled apparatus of some sort. Not knowing its altitude, I can't begin to calculate its size, but it sure looks huge. I wonder whose balloon it is? Ideas?
